Her commitment to understanding clients' perceptions of value has her recognized and respected by hiring executives and peers as a leader in the IT staffing industry. Kim's experience has focused on both U.S. and international markets. This has given her a complete understanding of the staffing industry locally as well as globally. Kim specializes in new business development and increasing revenue by utilizing several different sales models within the staffing industry. Her management experience guides her sales strategy and mentoring skills. Kim is an active member of several technology groups and frequently speaks at meetings and seminars, sharing current market information and technical staffing trends.

Warren, Sharp, Director of Recruiting

Warren Sharp has been in the Information Technology industry for over 25 years. He has spent 13 years in technology as a Developer, Project Manager, Application Architect and IT Director. Mr. Sharp has designed and implemented systems for the Retail, Financial, Brokerage, Banking, Manufacturing, Distribution, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Healthcare and Biotech Industries. These systems produced revenue and/or saved millions of dollars for the companies he worked at, or consulted for.

Mr. Sharp has done Corporate Recruiting, Retained and Contingency Search, Staff Augmentation and Project Based Consulting.
