Kim's experience has focused on both U.S. and international markets. This has given her a complete understanding of the staffing industry locally as well as globally. Kim specializes in new business development and increasing revenue by utilizing several different sales models within the staffing industry. Her management experience guides her sales strategy and mentoring skills. Kim is an active member of several technology groups and frequently speaks at meetings and seminars, sharing current market information and technical staffing trends.

Diane brings with her more than 20 years of combined technology and talent acquisition experience. Diane's background includes extensive information technology experiences working for Fortune 500 companies. She has developed best practices for talent sourcing, strategic staffing, workforce planning, and hiring of IT professionals across all skill disciplines. Diane is always intrigued with each person's uniqueness and can match those qualities with client needs. In addition, she has gained on-premise, international recruiting experience and has sourced and hired professional software engineers to work in the U.S. from various overseas locations. Diane has the staffing and management expertise to effectively identify talent resources that match clients' specific requirements within the local markets that she supports.
